This web site was designed to help public companies comply with Public Law 107-204 dated July 30,
2002 known as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
The Sarbanes-Oxley Act
In general, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (the "Act") was passed to help ensure the accuracy of financial
reports issued by public companies.
Requirements
The Act requires public companies to provide a fraud reporting hotline. This service provides an online
hotline allowing employees to communicate (anonymously if you wish) with the company's audit
committee.
Submission Process
Communications are received by our central processing center and then forwarded to the company's
independent audit committee. All submissions will remain completely anonymous.
It is illegal for your company to retaliate against you in any way for providing truthful information.
See section 1107 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
