The fraud-hotline servivce was designed to help public companies comply with Public Law 107-204
dated July 30, 2002 known as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

The Sarbanes-Oxley Act

In general, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (the "Act") was passed to help ensure the accuracy of financial
reports issued by public companies.
Requirements

The Act requires public companies to provide a fraud reporting hotline. This service provides an online
hotline allowing employees to communicate (anonymously if they wish) with the company's audit
committee. Click on the box to view the fraud-hotline submission page used by employees.
Submission Process

Communications are submitted to us and then forwarded to the company's independent audit
committee.  All submissions will remain completely anonymous.  The complaint submission form is
simple and easy to use.

It is illegal for company's to retaliate against employees in any way for providing truthful information.
